Position Summary

This position assists the Lead Attorney with administrative and clerical services in the daily functions of the Legal Department to ensure effective and efficient operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists Lead Attorney and staff with day to day operations in the Legal Department.
• Adheres to and complies with strict confidentiality standards.
• Performs various office duties as assigned
• Maintains a clean and organized work station.
• Promotes a positive and harmonious work environment by contribution to the team effort.
• Capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, customers, vendors and potential clients.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Frequently involves sedentary work.
• Occasionally involves light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force and/or up to 10 pounds of force and/or negligible amount of force to move objects.

• Constantly requires the ability to give and receive detailed information through verbal communication.
• Constantly requires verbally expressing or exchanging ideas of important instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.

Position Qualifications
• High School graduate, or GED
• College coursework preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel programs
• Ability to pass criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen

Travel Requirements
Local travel is frequently required, Travel outside the state is infrequently required.
