Please call 360-435-3985 EXT. 10 to schedule assessment appointments. Walk-in and stand by appointments  for emergency situations are welcome. Pregnant women will be scheduled within 24 hours of first contact. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Melanie Keplinger our Clinical Supervisor at 360-435-3985 EXT. 28. Please feel free to press 0 to reach the receptionist at the end of the voice mail message to have the Clinical Supervisor located if your call is not answered.

Our office follows the Arlington School District schedule in case of inclement weather. If Schools are closed/delayed due to bad weather conditions, our office will follow the same schedule. This policy is for safety of our patients and employees. Schedule changes will be addressed on main voice mail.
